"We were looking for recreational property in Northern MN, and wanted to work with a professional realtor that new the area AND the real estate business. After talking to several, we found Sue Bott and she exceeded our expectations. She was quick to understand our search criteria and found properties to match. She was candid with appraisals and kept an objective perpspective for us. When we narrowed the search and moved to offer, her skill became evident. "Sue knew the market conditions and was able to sell the home in under 2 months (in a frigid Minnesota winter) at a fair price. Excellent communication skills to keep us apprised of all client viewings/viewer feedback/suggestions to improve the listing. Sue offered personal assistance several times to assist my aging and physically limited mother sell her home (I am her daughter who was acting as her Power Of Attorney). Sue was personally recommended to me by other friends and after seeing her in action, Sue lived up to her reputation as a go-getter who knows how to market and sell homes!"

"If you are looking for the best of the best, go to Realtor Sue Bott for all your real estate needs.While trying to sell my father's home, we made the mistake of not choosing Sue from the start. While waiting for months for any movement or interest on our property while being represented by another Realtor, we made the decision to switch to Sue.Her professionalism, expertise, advanced knowledge, and her over and above hard work and dedication cannot be even put into words.Sue took the ball and ran. She was straighforward and insightful on everything we needed to do to get our house sold, and aggressively promoted our listing in every conceivable way.She spoke to us in a straightforward manner, giving us honest and accurate information when it came to pricing and negotiating the sale of our property. "Sue visited our home for the purpose of giving my wife and I a cursory value estimate for possible sale. After doing so, Sue committed in doing a more detailed, thorough assessment and market analysis showing what other homes in our location were valued too – giving us a better understanding that if we elected, where our initial asking sale price should reasonably start.Well, a couple of weeks or so passed and Sue never delivered. I subsequently called Sue to inquire as to why not. Sue’s excuse was she said she had none – offering something along the lines that she had “misprioritized” in some way.In a word unprofessional and as the saying goes, one never gets to make a second first impression. In conclusion, our experience with Sue Bott was off-putting and my wife and I would never recommend her services to others moving forward!"
